Community Guidelines

Effective October 11, 2026 · Belnoir is operated by Belvista Digital Solutions LLC

Draft: this document is being reviewed by a lawyer and may change before Belnoir opens.

Belnoir is a place for adult creators to share their work with fans who choose to see it. These guidelines explain, in plain language, what that means for everyone here. They summarize our Acceptable Use Policy, which is the full, binding version: if anything here seems to differ, the Acceptable Use Policy is what applies.

Our Promises to Each Other

  • Adults only. Everyone on Belnoir is 18 or older and has proved it. Every fan passes an age check, and every creator and everyone in their content passes an identity check.
  • Consent, always. Everyone in every piece of content agreed to be filmed and agreed to it being shared here, in writing. Consent can be withdrawn, and when it is, the content comes down.
  • Respect. Creators are people running their own businesses. Fans are people too. Treat each other the way you'd want to be treated.
  • Privacy. What happens on Belnoir stays on Belnoir. Don't share other people's content or personal details.

Never Allowed: Zero Tolerance

These end in permanent removal from Belnoir, with no second chances, and we report them to the authorities where the law requires it. Full details are in Section 2 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Anything involving, or presenting anyone as, a person under 18, including through role-play, costumes, drawings or AI.
  • Anything showing someone who didn't consent or couldn't consent.
  • Sharing, or threatening to share, intimate images of anyone without their consent (“revenge porn”), including leaked, hacked or hidden-camera material.
  • Deepfakes or any AI-made or altered content using a real person's face, body or voice without their verified consent.
  • Anyone appearing in content without being verified and signing a release, even in the background.
  • Trafficking, exploitation or anyone acting under pressure or force.
  • Content involving real family members, or real animals.
  • Offering or arranging in-person meetings or physical services.

Not Allowed in Content

Some themes aren't allowed on Belnoir even between consenting adults, because of the law and the rules of the payment networks we rely on. These include family role-play between blood relatives (step-family role-play between adults is fine), drugs or intoxication, violence, blood or weapons, bodily waste, hypnosis or abduction themes, self-harm, hate, recording in public where it's unlawful or shows people who didn't agree, and anything that uses someone else's work or misleads fans. The full list is in Section 3 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

For Creators

  • Verify everyone who appears in your content, get their signed release, and tag them on every file.
  • Describe what you're selling honestly, and deliver custom requests and physical orders on time.
  • Keep payments on Belnoir. Don't ask fans to pay, tip or contact you anywhere else.
  • Everything you upload is reviewed before it goes live. If something is rejected, we'll tell you why.
  • Keep fans' information private and only use it to serve them on Belnoir.

For Fans

  • What you buy is for you alone. Don't share, repost, record or sell it, and don't use it with AI tools. See the Fan–Creator Terms.
  • Be respectful in comments and messages. No harassment, threats, pressure or demands.
  • Don't ask creators for anything the rules don't allow, for personal details, or to meet in person.
  • Only use your own payment details, and don't charge back purchases you made. If something's wrong, contact us first and we'll help.

Everyone

  • No harassment, bullying, stalking or threats, and no sharing people's personal information.
  • Be yourself: no pretending to be someone else, and one account per person.
  • No spam, bots, scraping or fake engagement, and no trying to get around age checks, reviews or security.
  • Don't promote Belnoir anywhere adult content isn't allowed or where young people may see it.

If Something's Wrong

Use the Report button on any post, item, comment or message, or the report form. You don't need an account. Reports about someone who may be under 18 or who didn't consent are handled first. If you appear in content you didn't agree to, we take it down straight away, and always within 48 hours. See Section 9 of the Acceptable Use Policy for how removal works and where to find support.

What Happens When Rules Are Broken

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may remove content, give a warning or a strike, limit features, hold payouts while we look into it, suspend an account, or close it for good. Zero-tolerance violations always end in permanent removal. We'll tell you what we decided and why.

If you think we got it wrong, you can ask us to look again within 30 days. Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision reviews it. See how appeals work.
